Our Approach
Our Mission is to provide the tools for every aspiring leader to cultivate and instill confidence in their leadership potential.
Our Story
Our Story started in 2017, when four professors and leaders, including a former Army Ranger, were interested in providing experiential learning methods for developing professional leaders. This desire flourished into a diverse gamut of products and services offered by our rapidly expanding company. We began by consulting for professionals and conducting leadership workshops for aspiring athletic leaders; however, we wanted to expand our educational impact to a broader audience.
Continuing our journey, we unveiled our flagship product, Lead: The Simulation in 2018. The first virtual learning experience offered by our expert leadership team was created in order to provide supplementary leadership education to students receiving training in organizational behavior and business management. This product, designed to further couple our divergent approach to experiential learning with a secure environment, is one of the most advanced leadership simulations offered to forward-thinking educators.
